What is resilience? Human resilience is the phenomenal capacity we all have to adapt, thrive, and transform in the face of adversity. It is not about “pushing through” or pretending everything is fine. It is about responding to challenge with awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion — and finding a way forward that is authentic to you. But what happens when this innate capacity feels out of reach? When life feels heavier than it used to. When no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to step into the future you so desperately want. When effort doesn’t bring relief, and some days it feels as though the harder you try, the further away things become. If any of this resonates, you are not broken — you are human. And you are not alone. Why coaching — and why now? If you have never experienced the transformational power of coaching, I invite you to pause and consider this question: When was the last time you spent a full, uninterrupted hour thinking and talking about you? Your needs. Your desires. Your ambitions. Your doubts. You may have supportive friends you can confide in — and that matters. But do they truly see you? Do they ask the deeper, more challenging questions that help you explore not just what is happening, but how you are responding? My resilience coaching programme is designed to elevate your innate ability to reflect, adapt, and grow, even in the midst of uncertainty or change. Grounded in a humanistic coaching approach, I work with you to: • Develop and master new resilient habits • Strengthen your ability to respond to setbacks with clarity rather than self-criticism • Recognise where self-limiting beliefs may be holding you back • Learn how to pivot those beliefs into strategies and strengths • Build emotional and psychological “muscle memory” that supports you long-term This work is not about fixing you. It is about reconnecting you with the wisdom, capacity, and resilience you already hold — and learning how to access it consistently.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non refundable unless cancelled more than 48 hours prior to scheduled time. Re-scheduling is possible if session time is showing as available in calendar. Please contact your coach directly if you are unable to find an available timeslot and anticipate not being able to make your next session.
