Service Description

What is Neurodivergent Coaching? Neurodivergent coaching is a specialised, strengths-based approach designed to support individuals who think, feel, and process information differently. This may include people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other neurodivergent profiles. Rather than pathologising difference, neurodivergent coaching recognises neurodiversity as a natural and valuable aspect of human variation. For many neurodivergent people, traditional coaching, education, or workplace systems were not designed with their minds in mind. As a result, they may experience chronic stress, burnout, self-doubt, or a sense of always having to work harder just to keep up. Neurodivergent coaching offers an alternative—one that adapts to the individual, rather than asking the individual to adapt to systems that don’t serve them. Who Neurodivergent Coaching Is For Neurodivergent coaching can support a wide range of people, including: • Students navigating education systems that don’t reflect how they learn best • Professionals managing workload, expectations, and workplace dynamics • Leaders seeking to work more sustainably and authentically either as neurodivergent individuals themselves or in managing neurodivergence within their team. • People managing overwhelm, fatigue, or repeated cycles of burnout • Those exploring or adjusting to a diagnosis, including later-in-life identification • Individuals seeking ways of working and living that better reflect how they function best • Anyone who senses they think differently and wants to understand themselves better It is particularly valuable for those who have found traditional coaching, therapy, or productivity approaches frustrating, overwhelming, or ineffective. Neurodivergent coaching offers a personalised, compassionate, and practical framework that respects each person’s lived experience and neurotype. My work with neurodivergent clients is grounded in strengths first, empathy, deep listening, and psychological safety. I create a calm, non-judgemental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and valued. Together, we focus on: • Understanding how your mind works • Identifying and building on your natural strengths • Reducing shame and unhelpful self-narratives • Developing practical strategies that fit you, not an idealised version of how you think you “should” function or how the neurotypical world expects you to engage and behave.
