My Story
Coaching changed my life at a time when I was stepping into a new leadership role. I wanted to deliver immediate and meaningful impact but wasn't sure where to start with a new team. I was lucky enough to be able to work with a coach who helped me to see all pathways open to me, challenged me when self-doubt emerged and supported me with learnings and reflective growth when things didn’t go to plan.
This was nothing short of a spiritual enlightenment for me and I wondered how I had ever managed before.
This firm belief, that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of coaching at least once in their lives, is what then led me to train as a coach myself, qualifying in 2022 as a leadership coach & mentor.
Since then I have further developed my coaching practice and experience into fields of study that interest me and I am passionate about, Women's mid-life health and wellbeing coaching and Neurodivergent specialist coaching.
I launched my private practice in September 2025 after leaving my role with Save the Children, with the ambition to bring the growth and enlightenment I had experienced, to as many others as I could. In a world that has become increasingly more uncertain and challenge being a constant I believe resiliency is the gap that we don’t teach at schools or universities that can so easily be imparted with a shift in mindset, reflection and self-care.
